We are thrilled to be back in Birmingham for our 2nd Annual Basketball Camp. After a great event in 2010, we have made some additions to ensure that this year’s event is even better. Once again we will feature an experienced staff of professional players and coaches. Our goal will be to motivate and teach the game in an interesting, fun way that will ensure each camper has a memorable experience in addition to improving their skill level and confidence. This year, we will feature more guest speakers (professional athletes and those who work in the industry) who will share their knowledge and experiences with the campers.
The thing we are most excited about adding in 2011, is our education sessions that will take place each day. These sessions are designed to build character on and off the court, to show campers the many options they have as student-athletes, and the educational and career opportunities available to them long after they leave the court. We plan on using these sessions to illustrate how the game of basketball can open up so many different avenues to success.
Lunch/Meals/Beverages
Each group will receive beverages during the camp sessions and a meal at the conclusion of the training session.
Camp application and registration fee of $100.00 must be received by June 6, 2011.
• There will be a limit of 45 youth per session.
On-site Registration at Greater Shiloh
June 6, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
