My Father’s House Foundation provides the assistance needed to help older foster youth become successful independent adults.
The Foundation’s vision is to help youth make a smooth transition from foster care to life on their own by uniting members of the faith community with leaders of local businesses, community service agencies, government agencies, financial institutions, post secondary institutions, and the medical profession to bring a message of hope to those who are displaced and without the necessary skills to succeed as independent adults in their local community.
